Mindjourney
At the heart of my work is the development of awareness.
Many people seek support when they feel overwhelmed by inner conflict, recurring emotional patterns, or a sense of being stuck. In our work together, we explore these experiences with curiosity and care, bringing awareness to the beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be shaping your inner life.
My approach integrates awareness of both the mind and the body, recognizing that psychological experiences are not only cognitive but also deeply embodied. By gently exploring your internal experience, we begin to understand the dynamics within you, how different feelings, beliefs, and parts of yourself interact.
This process helps create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change. The work is always guided by compassion and respect for your inner pace, allowing you to reconnect with your own resources, clarity, and willpower.
Alongside this deeper therapeutic exploration, we can also work toward specific personal or professional goals that are important to you. By clarifying your values and the motivations that truly resonate with you, the process supports more aligned choices and clearer decision-making.
Internal Family Systems therapy is a compassionate and evidence based approach to understanding the mind. It was developed by Richard Schwartz, PhD, and is based on a simple idea: each of us contains different inner parts that influence how we think, feel, and behave.
Some parts carry pain from past experiences such as shame, fear, rejection, or loss. In IFS these are often called vulnerable parts. Other parts try to protect us from that pain. They may push us to work harder, criticize us, avoid situations, or numb difficult emotions. Even when these patterns create problems in our lives, they originally developed to protect us.
IFS therapy helps you become aware of these inner parts and develop a calm and compassionate relationship with them. When the protective parts begin to feel understood and safe, it becomes possible to access deeper wounds that have been carried for many years. In this process these parts can release the burdens they have been holding and the system inside begins to reorganize around greater balance and clarity.
People often seek IFS therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, inner conflict, low self worth, relationship difficulties, self sabotage, and patterns that seem hard to change. It is also a powerful approach for personal growth, helping people develop greater self leadership, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of inner harmony.
My work integrates Internal Family Systems to help clients understand their internal world, resolve long standing emotional patterns, and reconnect with their natural capacity for healing and self leadership. Sessions offer a respectful and non judgmental space where each part of your experience can be explored with curiosity and care.
How can I help you.
Sometimes, you feel stuck in life. You have a goal, but you’re unsure how to take the first steps, or you fear being overwhelmed by the size of it. You might be looking for clarity about your life purpose, whether in your career or your personal journey.
Coaching can also be about exploring sides of yourself you haven’t yet uncovered professionally, creatively, or in your relationships. Perhaps you want support in staying motivated, or you’re facing obstacles, limiting beliefs, or patterns that keep you from moving forward.
Whatever the reason, coaching is about creating the space to get unstuck, to grow, and to move toward the life you want.
What is Internal Family System (IFS)?
About me
I am a practitioner centered on Internal Family System (IFS), a therapeutic approach that views the mind as a system of different parts, each with its own perspective, role, and intention. My work focuses on helping clients build a compassionate relationship with these inner parts so that greater clarity, balance, and self leadership can emerge. The approach can help heal traumas, addictions, emotional blockages or pain.
I am also a Co Active (CTI) certified coach. Alongside this work, I also offer coaching using the Co Active. Coaching is particularly helpful for clients who want a more focused and forward looking approach. While therapy often explores deeper emotional patterns and healing processes, coaching can support clients in clarifying goals, overcoming internal obstacles, and moving toward specific outcomes in their personal or professional lives. This approach is well suited for individuals who are motivated to create change, develop new perspectives, and take concrete steps toward what they want to achieve.
I also use bio decoding, an approach that explores the emotional and psychological roots of physical symptoms. In this work, the body is seen as a messenger that can express unresolved stress, conflict, or emotional experiences. I support clients in gently exploring the emotions, life events, or inner tensions that may be connected to their physical discomfort or illness. The intention is not to replace medical diagnosis or treatment, but to complement it by helping clients better understand the emotional dimension of their health. By bringing awareness to these underlying emotional patterns, clients often discover new ways of relating to their symptoms and supporting their healing process.
I also hold a certificate in Somatic Attachment Therapy from The Embody Lab, which further informs my work with the connection between body, emotions, and early relational experiences. Finally I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool.
Self development has always been at the heart of my life. For more than a decade, I have practiced meditation under the guidance of Dan Brown, Ph.D., within the Indo Tibetan lineage of His Holiness Menri Trizin Rinpoche, the 33rd. This contemplative training deeply informs the way I hold space with presence, curiosity, and compassion, supporting clients in exploring their inner world with safety and openness.
My approach is also shaped by more than 20 years in the creative world of film and photography. I have directed award winning documentaries for ARTE, Al Jazeera, UNICEF, USAID, and NGOs such as INJAZ and KAFA. This creative background brings an intuitive, imaginative, and narrative dimension to my work, helping clients see their lives from new perspectives and rewrite the stories that guide them.
